I wasn’t happy with the OSB flooring provided with the package I bought, so I spent part of my morning making changes to my trailer so I could go buy some decent plywood for the floor. I should have taken a pic or two, but I didn’t. The trailer is exactly 4 feet wide, but only six feet long, so imagine a couple of 2x4s as cross supports to a stack of plywood that overlapped the front and back of the trailer by a foot.

The doubled-up flooring is a lot more solid than the OSB alone. As you can see, I stood up the side and back walls, got them square, cross-braced, and all connected to each other. The front wall needs another box for the left side of the door opening and then I’ll get started on the roof.

That’s a task for next weekend.

We are planning on wiring it up later so I can use it as a shop, not just storage.

Good call with the floor. OSB is fine for wall sheathing, but it totally sucks as floor decking.

Not unless it will hold a lawn mower.
